Seeing that everything now runs on wi-fi, Via Rail is definitely keeping up to date. They have complimentary wi-fi for there customers that come aboard. Talk about satisfaction. I've been on 13 hours train rides and no Internet. It can be gruesome if you can't find anything to do to pass the time. The web is such an amazing resource  and there is so much to do while browsing. For those in business, doing homework or just kids and adults who just need something to do, Via Rail shows that they are not only comforting their customers but trying to provide them with the best service possible filling in even the smallest gaps towards customer service satisfaction.
