Making a reservation can be hard, but Via Rail makes it very easy and accessible for customers to get in touch and purchase tickets. You may make reservations through the phone, online, travel agents and at their stations. These are definitely convenient methods of purchase and planing out your trip. If your time is flexible they'll find something that woks for you, having more then one train that arrives to and from destinations. Seeing that everything now runs on wi-fi, Via Rail is definitely keeping up to date. They have complimentary wi-fi for there customers that come aboard. Talk about satisfaction. I've been on 13 hours train rides and no Internet. It can be gruesome if you can't find anything to do to pass the time. The web is such an amazing resource  and there is so much to do while browsing. For those in business, doing homework or just kids and adults who just need something to do, Via Rail shows that they are not only comforting their customers but trying to provide them with the best service possible filling in even the smallest gaps towards customer service satisfaction.

I am not you're average traveller, but I figure when travelling try to see everything. There are things you don't see when you may not see when on a plane, or driving down a straight highway for hours. Travelling by train is a different experience, the scenic routes are breath taking.
